LEASE
ACQUISITION
Leases are always negotiated with the client’s objectives in mind and are meticulously
reviewed to ensure favorable terms whether we are representing the lessee or the lessor. In addition, we conduct our negotiations in a manner to preserve future working relationships and goodwill for our client's benefit.
We have a core group of land professionals specializing in title research. We
can provide customized surface, mineral and leasehold ownership reports to reflect
the distinct needs of each client in an efficient and cost-effective manner, as well as surface and mineral abstracts, division order abstracts and limited abstracts, submitted in digital or cloud format as requested and with drilling schedules in mind.
Our mineral management services are designed to help mineral and royalty owners manage their mineral assets, including leasing of mineral rights, royalties and asset evaluations, with a focus on maximizing client profits while maintaining compliance within regulatory frameworks and everchanging environmental standards.
Our skilled curative department employs streamlined processes to perfect title and ensure that work is done correctly the first time. We have an excellent record in locating missing heirs, trustees and beneficiaries based on experience with genealogy and by using the most recent updates in technology.
PIPELINE AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
